12-person static welfare unit with integrated office, diesel generator, thermostatic heating, hot/cold water, drying room, hygiene, and efficient site deployment.
The Commander is a large self-contained welfare and office unit based on an 8.5m x 2.7m (28’ x 9’) high security steel body shell, with steel doors, double deadlocks, steel window shutters and jack legs for levelling which can be configured in two ways: canteen / office seating 8 or more in the canteen with separate office, or open plan canteen for 12 or more at one sitting.
- Large drying cupboard with two access doors in both configurations.
- Canteen with sink, hot water, worktop, microwave and kettle.
- Toilet with water flush WC and urinal. Choose weekly, fortnightly or unscheduled toilet servicing. HSE compliant hot water wash-station in toilet. Large water and waste tanks (700l and 840l).
- Ample power from a 13kVA generator for all on-board equipment. Power take-off to power an additional unit alongside if required. 270l fuel tank to run 125 – 150 hours between fills. Control unit with timer to shut down generator when not required. Engine modification kit as standard
