Premium 32ft static welfare unit for 16 people with office space, fresh water flush toilet, canteen, drying room, and hybrid power—engineered for comfort, hygiene, and efficient site deployment.
The envoy is our largest self‐contained welfare unit based on a 9.75m x 2.7m (32’ x 9’) high security steel body shell, with steel doors, double deadlocks, steel window shutters and jack legs for levelling. Units can be configured as: open plan canteen for 20 or canteen for 16+office.
- Canteen with sink, hot water, worktop, two microwaves and kettle.
- Double socket with USB charge ports at every table.
- Large drying space with heater and fan.
- Office with exterior door, desk, 2 chairs, double socket with USBs.
- Toilet with water flush WC and urinal. Large water and waste tanks (700l and 840l). Choose weekly or fortnightly, or on‐request toilet servicing.
- Ample power from a 13kVA generator for all on‐board equipment. 270l fuel tank to run 125 – 150 hours between fills. Control unit with timer to shut down generator when not required. Engine oil filtration kit as standard to extend oil change interval to 1,000 hrs.
