Account Manager

The Role of Account Manager:

This is a crucial role in the achievement of sales targets and in the expansion of our market share in the Plant and Accommodation Hire Industry. Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will be out on the road meeting existing and new customers promoting all Jarvie Plant Group products. Key responsibility area's include:

• Improve customer relations
• Take ownership of portfolio's engaging and managing existing customers
• Generate leads and new business opportunities within the west of Scotland
• Determine prices and carry out effective price negotiation and ensuring profitable orders are secured.
• Manage general enquiries such as calls and e-mails.
• Complete effective territory management and diary planning
• Monthly sales report to the Sales Director
• Conduct monthly sales strategies and sales campaigns

Are you the right person for this role?

• Are you a highly motivated and goal orientated individual?
• Do you have previous sales experience, with knowledge gained in a Plant Hire industry?
• Do you have proven track record in sales growth and revenue?
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills?
• Strong analytical and organisational skills?
• Do you have a sales growth mindset?
• Experienced in working in a face paced, target driven, customer focused environment?
• Are you proficient in using CRM systems, outlook and Microsoft office ?
