Accommodation Hire Administrator

The Role of  Accommodation Hire Administrator:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will work to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. Taking ownership of the hire process, end to end, you will approach all hire queries as efficiently as possible and prioritise them by importance. Professionally and effectively communicating with internal and external customers and coordinating asset availability. Working closely with the Accommodation major Project Coordinator and the Accommodation Team your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Effectively convert enquiries into profitable hires
  • Efficiently and accurately complete all physical and electronic documentation & administration.
  • Recognise and escalate issues to the Accommodation Manager in a timely manner.
  • Manage all new and used accommodation sales
  •  Support our Accommodation Manager in sales and other administrative duties as and when required.

Are you the right person for this role?

We require the right candidate to have the following (desirable) skills and experience:

  • A skilled multi-tasker, that can adapt quickly and flexibly to changing circumstances.
  • Have previous experience in a similar role and our hire administration
  • Have knowledge of the Accommodation Hire industry (advantageous)
  • Previous experience with CRM systems
  • A reliable team player.
  • Customer focused and a genuine enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user: Word/Excel/Outlook/SharePoint

Training will be provided for systems and work procedures
