Whilst every effort is made to ensure breakdowns do not occur they are an inevitable part of working with machinery. Our fully qualified team of service engineers are trained to handle every product we hire and will ensure downtime is minimised or the item will be exchanged within 24 hours.
Our engineers check major items of plant on a regular basis whilst they are on site. When a service becomes due, an appointment is arranged to carry out the work at a mutually convenient time on site to minimise clients downtime. Large items of plant are tagged with service hours so that operators can advise us when a service is due.
We aim to have an engineer on site within two hours of your call and a maximum response time of 4 hours. A 24 hr call out service is available if required.
Each account customer is assigned an Account Manager to handle everything from assisting with hire needs to handling invoice queries to ensure that the process runs smoothly from start to finish.
All our Account Managers have been through a rigorous training course in the use of the equipment, and are on hand to deal with any and every enquiry.
We have over 50 years experience in the hire industry, meaning we have a highly skilled technical support team available to answer any technical questions about equipment suitability and functionality.
We operate our own modern fleet of 15 delivery Heavy Goods Vehicles equipped with specialised handling equipment, trailers and fitted with trackers to ensure we can offer guaranteed delivery / collection at competitive rates. Our transport is managed by our Group Transport Manager to ensure we minimise delivery / collection charges for our customers and ensure equipment is delivered and collected as close to customers requirements as possible.
We have 10 depots throughout Scotland and North West England to better serve our customers needs and offer a competitive transport and maintenance service on our equipment.
